What this module is

This is the message-build and pilot packet module for AI-for-Sales outreach execution. It supports the AI outreach route after qualification is complete.

When to use it

Use this module when one qualified cohort is approved and you need to ship one controlled outbound pilot without breaking compliance or sequence discipline.

Do this now

• [ ] Lock one audience segment, one objective, and one stop rule.
• [ ] Draft one baseline message plus two controlled variants for the same cohort.
• [ ] Validate merge fields and fallback text on sample records.
• [ ] Launch one pilot batch with explicit throttling and send window.
• [ ] Tag each contact response state (no-reply, soft-reply, objection, positive intent).

Expected output

One outreach pilot packet containing:

• approved audience + objective + guardrail,
• versioned message set (baseline + two variants),
• first-send performance snapshot with response-state tags.

Completion trigger

Completion is reached only when the pilot packet is handed to the follow-up route with owner-confirmed next actions.

Next move after completion

If reply quality is within guardrails, scale the same lane in the AI outreach route.
If reply quality is weak, pause scale and move directly into follow-up recovery logic before launching new cohorts.
