- [ ] Run one quality check and fix the highest-risk issue first.
- [ ] Save the final result with a short reuse note.
EXAMPLE / DEMO

After: Inputs are structured, steps are executed, and the output is ready to use immediately.
WHY IT WORKS
- Converts vague intent into an explicit sequence.
- Emphasizes shipping one validated result fast.
- Creates repeatability for future runs.

AI lead generation system for ecommerce: from ICP to handoff
This page is a workable system (not theory). The goal is simple: consistent qualified conversations, without spamming and without chaos.
1) Define the ICP in a way automation can use
- Who: segment + role + company size + region.
- Pain: 1-2 problems you can prove with examples.
- Trigger: what changed recently that makes them "ready now".
- Proof: 2-3 signals you can detect (site, job post, tool stack, catalog size, reviews, ads, etc.).
Output: one short ICP card you can copy into prompts and filters.
2) Build a prospect list with "signals", not just names
Minimum signals to capture per prospect:
- vertical / niche
- public URL(s)
- one "why them" signal (1 sentence)
- contact channel (email/LinkedIn)
- confidence (low/med/high)
3) Message like a human, but keep the structure
Message structure (works across channels):
- Context: why you are reaching out to them specifically
- Hypothesis: the problem you think they have
- Offer: one small step (audit snippet / checklist / micro-win)
- Close: one clear question
4) Qualify with 3 gates (fast)
- Gate A: do they match ICP?
- Gate B: do they show at least one "ready now" signal?
- Gate C: can you propose a concrete next step within 48h?
5) Handoff is a pipeline stage, not a chat
When a lead becomes "qualified", you capture:
- what they asked
- what you promised
- next action + owner + date
